Fees and Terms

All fees are payable in advance

• Face-to-Face counselling sessions: 
  £40 per 50 minute session (some reduction with proof of benefits)
• Couple's counselling sessions
  £45 per 50 minute session

• Telephone Counselling Sessions: 
  £30 per 50 minute session (some reduction with proof of benefits)

Preferred forms of payment

We are able to take online credit and debit card payments via PAYPAL.

If you wish to pay using this method please call for details.

If you prefer to pay by cheque please remember to write your banker’s cheque card number on the reverse of the cheque, along with your address. Send your cheque payable to R. Dean to:

The practice regrets that it is unable to commence counselling until the cheque payment has cleared.

Cancellations & Missed Sessions

Regularity and continuity are important in therapy, as they give a feeling of reliability and structure to the process. You and your counsellor will agree on the days and times of your meetings (normally weekly) and those times will then be set aside for you.

 If you need to cancel an appointment for any reason, please give the practice as much notice as possible. If you are unable to give at least 48 hours’ notice there will be a cancellation charge of the normal fee for the session.

Your counsellor will let you know in advance of their holidays, during which time no fee is due.

Please note: If your counsellor feels it is in the best interests of the client or themselves we reserve the right to cease counselling work with that client, any advance monies paid will of course be refunded.
